By using the Website, you accept and agree to be bound by these rules and regulations, as they may be updated from time to time and posted here without prior notice to you. Content of the Website and copyright information

  • You agree not to reproduce, distribute, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes the content of the Website.
  • You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Website services, the security systems of the Website or of the Website content.

Please make sure that, before placing your order, you have checked the specifications and compatibility of the products by visiting the website of the manufacturer.

The administrators of Tcgmania.co are constantly working on maintaining the accuracy of the information displayed on the Website. However, the Website does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this Website is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Please note that the photographs are provided for informational purposes only and that they can display certain product accessories that may not be included in the standard sales package.

Your account

Using the Website or certain sections of the Website may require setting up a user account. Card Submission and Grading Services

In addition to the sale of products, TCGmania (Gamerz Center SRL) may offer intermediary services for card submission and grading with third‑party grading companies (such as Beckett, and any other grading companies we may work with from time to time). These services are referred to as the “Card Submission and Grading Services”. By placing an order that includes such services, you agree to the specific terms below, in addition to the general Terms and Conditions.

Role of TCGmania and third‑party grading companies

  • You acknowledge that grading is performed exclusively by independent third‑party grading companies (for example, Beckett Grading Services) and that TCGmania / Gamerz Center SRL acts only as an intermediary (submission hub) to help you send and receive your cards.
  • All grading decisions (including but not limited to the numerical grade, subgrades, “Authentic” labels, “no grade” or “ungradable” decisions) are made solely by the grading company. TCGmania has no control over, and cannot influence, the grade or outcome assigned to any card.
  • TCGmania does not guarantee any particular grade, outcome, or increase in market value as a result of grading.

Prepayment and refunds

  • All grading services must be paid in advance at the time of placing the order on our Website.
  • Once your cards have been shipped by us to the grading company, the order for grading becomes final and grading fees are non‑refundable.
  • Cancellations or changes may only be possible before we have dispatched your cards to the grading company. Any such request must be made in writing and is subject to our confirmation. If we have already shipped your cards to the grading company, no cancellation or refund of grading fees will be granted.

Customer responsibilities (ownership, packaging, declared value)

  • Ownership and authenticity: You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of all cards you submit, and that the cards are authentic, not counterfeit, and not stolen. You agree to provide any reasonable proof of ownership or authenticity upon request.
  • Packaging: You are responsible for properly packaging your cards when sending them to us. We strongly recommend the use of sleeves and semi‑rigid card holders or similar protective materials, and sturdy outer packaging. TCGmania is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging when cards are sent to us by you.
  • Shipping to TCGmania: You are responsible for shipping costs and risk until the cards are received and checked in by us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.
  • Declared value: You are responsible for providing an honest and accurate declared value for each card when requested. The declared value may be used for insurance purposes and by the grading company to determine appropriate service levels. If you deliberately undervalue a card, any insurance coverage may be limited to the declared value.

Shipping, insurance and risk allocation

  • Once we have received and checked in your cards, we will handle the consolidated shipment to and from the grading company.
  • We will use reasonable care in handling and shipping your cards and may insure shipments in accordance with our internal policies and/or the grading company’s policies. However, our total liability for loss or damage to any card while in our custody, or in transit arranged by us, is limited to the lesser of:
    • the declared value you provided for that card; or
    • any amount effectively recovered under applicable insurance policies for that card.
  • TCGmania is not liable for:
    • any loss or damage to cards before they are delivered to us (i.e., during shipment from you to us);
    • any loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete information you provide (including incorrect addresses or declared values);
    • any decision by the grading company to refuse, downgrade, or mark a card as “ungradable”, “altered”, “counterfeit” or similar.

Turnaround times

  • Any turnaround times mentioned on our Website for grading services (e.g., Base, Standard, Express, Priority) are estimates only, based on information provided by the grading companies.
  • Actual turnaround times may be longer due to high demand, operational delays, customs processing or other factors beyond our control.
  • TCGmania is not responsible for any loss, damage or consequential costs (including, but not limited to, missed sales opportunities or market fluctuations) resulting from delays in grading or shipping.

Grading results and disputes

  • All grading results are final as determined by the grading company. TCGmania cannot appeal, modify or override grading decisions.
  • If you believe a grading result is incorrect, you may, at your own cost and risk, pursue any review or regrade options that the grading company may offer, subject to their terms and conditions.
  • Any dispute relating to grading results is strictly between you and the grading company. TCGmania is not a party to such disputes, although we may, at our discretion, assist with communication.

Acceptance of grading terms

By placing an order that includes Card Submission and Grading Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to this “Card Submission and Grading Services” section, as well as the rest of these Terms and Conditions. You may be asked to expressly accept these grading terms (for example, by ticking a checkbox at checkout); such acceptance will be recorded with your order.

Memberships and Subscription Services

TCGmania (Gamerz Center SRL) may offer optional paid membership or subscription plans (the “Memberships”) that provide additional benefits compared to a standard customer account. These may include, for example, discounts on selected products or services, access to exclusive offers, early access to releases or preorders, enhanced card submission services, or other advantages described on the Website from time to time.

Membership plans and benefits

  • The specific Membership plans, their names, durations (for example, monthly or yearly), included benefits and prices are described on the Website and may be updated from time to time.
  • Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Membership benefits apply only to purchases made while your Membership is active and logged in under your account.
  • Some benefits may be subject to additional conditions (for example, minimum order values, specific product categories, or limits per month). Any such conditions will be communicated on the relevant Membership or offer page.
  • Memberships are personal and linked to your individual customer account. You may not sell, transfer or share your Membership or Membership benefits with other persons, unless we expressly allow this for a specific plan.

Fees, billing and renewal

  • When you purchase a Membership, you agree to pay the applicable Membership fee as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase, including any applicable taxes.
  • Some Memberships may be sold as one‑time, fixed‑duration plans (for example, 3‑month or 12‑month access), while others may be automatically renewing subscriptions (for example, monthly or yearly). The type of plan (one‑time vs. auto‑renewing) will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

  • If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online contract for a Membership within 14 days from the date of purchase, without giving any reason, subject to applicable law.
  • However, you acknowledge that Memberships start providing digital benefits immediately after activation (for example, discounts, access, or other perks). Where you expressly request immediate activation and acknowledge that you understand you will lose your right of withdrawal once the Membership has been fully performed during the withdrawal period, we may deduct a proportional amount or refuse a refund, to the extent permitted by law.
  • Except where a refund is required by applicable law or by a specific promotion, Membership fees already paid are generally non‑refundable, even if you decide to cancel early, and your Membership will remain active until the end of the paid period.

Cancellation by you

  • You may cancel an auto‑renewing Membership at any time via your account settings (where available) or by contacting us using the contact details shown on the Website.
  • If you cancel an auto‑renewing Membership, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to Membership benefits until that date, after which your Membership will not renew and no further fees will be charged.
  • For one‑time, fixed‑duration Memberships, the Membership will automatically end at the end of the purchased term, unless renewed manually or upgraded to a different plan where available.

Suspension and termination by TCGmania

  • We may suspend or terminate your Membership (and/or your account) with immediate effect if we reasonably believe that you have:
    • violated these Terms and Conditions or any other applicable policy of TCGmania; or
    • used your Membership in a fraudulent, abusive or unlawful manner (for example, reselling benefits, creating multiple accounts to abuse offers, or misusing discount structures).
  • Where reasonable, we will notify you in advance of a suspension or termination and explain the reasons. In urgent or severe cases, we may act without prior notice.
  • If we terminate your Membership due to a breach by you, you are not entitled to any refund of Membership fees already paid, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to Memberships and benefits

  • We may modify or discontinue Membership plans, their prices, and included benefits from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in our costs, partner programs, or market conditions).
  • For active auto‑renewing Memberships, if we make a significant change that negatively affects you (such as a substantial price increase or removal of a key benefit), we will inform you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect.
  • Your continued use of the Membership after the effective date of the change will constitute your acceptance of the updated Membership terms.

Relationship with other services (including card submissions and grading)

  • Some Membership plans may include benefits related to our Card Submission and Grading Services (for example, discounted grading fees, preferential handling, or similar perks). Any such benefits are applied according to the descriptions on the Website and the specific Membership plan you have purchased.
  • Membership benefits do not override or modify the separate terms that apply to Card Submission and Grading Services. In particular, Memberships do not guarantee any particular grading outcome, grade, or turnaround time, and all limitations and disclaimers described in the Card Submission and Grading Services section of these Terms continue to apply.

The Memberships described above are optional. You can continue to use the Websites and place standard orders without purchasing a Membership.

Limitations of liability

The Website and the company that operates the Website will not in any case be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages for use of this Site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present.

Availability of the Website

Tcgmania.co reserves the right to terminate, change, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any aspect of the Website, including the availability of any features of the Site, at any time and without notice. You agree that Tcgmania.co shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website (or any part thereof).
